Personal Experience

Dr. Karthigayan, a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and International Professional Engineer (IntPE) certified by the Engineering Council UK, boasts over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, AI, and sustainable systems. His career spans senior roles in academia, research, and management, serving as a Senate Member, keynote speaker, and Industry 4.0 consultant across sectors such as manufacturing, energy, and education. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner and certified HR Development Fund trainer, Dr. Karthigayan is skilled in process optimization and innovation, leveraging TRIZ methodology. He has co-authored over 50 research papers and contributed to IEEE journals as an editor and committee leader. Currently, he mentors data scientists on advanced R&D projects like blockchain for swarm robotics and ESG-compliant solutions. With a Ph.D. in Mechatronics, his technical expertise spans data science, smart manufacturing, and project management, pioneering innovation in AI, renewable energy, and sustainable digital solutions.
